Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Regional Project Manager to oversee retail outlet constructions. This role offers the opportunity to lead consultants and contractors, ensuring progress is achieved in a timely manner. What you'll do:
As a Project Manager, your role will be pivotal in overseeing the construction of retail outlets. You will be responsible for monitoring site progress, conducting risk assessments, and reporting to management. Your excellent coordination skills will be utilised in liaising with landlords, managing budgets, and assessing VO investments. Ensuring quality standards are met will be a key part of your role, as well as reviewing consultant designs. Your ability to conduct thorough site inspections and chair both site and ad-hoc meetings will contribute to your success in this role.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Project Manager position brings a minimum of 5 years' experience in similar roles. Your background in the retail industry will be highly beneficial. You hold a degree in Engineering, Architecture or similar fields, demonstrating your technical knowledge. Your understanding of technical installations will be crucial to your role. A project management certification, while not mandatory, would further highlight your commitment to professional development.
