Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Engineer to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex machinery installation projects in the corrugated board industry.
The successful candidate will have the chance to utilise their engineering skills, manage cross-departmental communication, maintain customer relationships, and provide sales support. This position requires frequent travel across Asia Pacific, India, and Africa.

What you'll do:
As a Project Engineer, your primary responsibility will be managing equipment project engineering. This includes but is not limited to Corrugator/Singapore machine/Upgrade projects of the company. You will be involved in preparing layouts, foundation drawings, and project technologies & documentation. Your role will also require you to control site progress for service and subcontractors. Maintaining good relationships with customers will be a key part of your role, along with providing sales support for new order discussions. Additionally, you may be required to undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Project Engineer role should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or relevant). You should have an engineering background especially for medium-size & large-sized machinery. More than 8 years of related sales/project working experiences with multinational companies is essential. A good command of English both in writing & interpersonal skills is a must. Site Management experience is crucial for this role. Willingness to travel in Asia Pacific, India, and Africa is required. The ability to work under pressure while remaining committed, dedicated and self-motivated is important. Being flexible, open-minded and a quick learner would make you a strong fit for this role.
