What you'll do:
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire lifecycle of projects. From initiation to closure, your leadership will guide the team towards achieving project goals within the stipulated timeline. You'll be responsible for developing comprehensive project charters, schedules, and internal communication strategies. Your ability to resolve issues promptly and effectively will be crucial in maintaining the smooth progression of projects. Furthermore, your role includes tracking project milestones, providing status reports, conducting post-project evaluations, and ensuring proper archiving of all project documents.
- Manage project development from initiation to closure
- Work with project lead/sponsor, team members and stakeholders to complete project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and timing
- Provide a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed
- Guide and direct team members to ensure compliance with set standards, procedures and guidelines
- Lead, coach and motivate project team members on a proactive basis
- Develop internal communication strategies ensuring communication between various departments
- Resolve issues and solve problems throughout the project life cycle
- Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to management
- Determine how results will be measured and complete a post-project evaluation
- Ensure all project documents are properly archived following project completion
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Project Manager position brings a wealth of experience in the BMS/BAS industry. With over 5 years of proven Project Management experience under your belt, you possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics as well as a valid CIDB License. Your solid technical background is complemented by your sales acumen and exceptional communication skills. You demonstrate sound judgement coupled with good business sense. Your resilience, tenacity, independence, and self-reliance are key attributes that make you stand out. Additionally, your computer literacy further enhances your profile.
