Our client is a multinational company in the FMCG industry, seeking an experienced Innovation and Renovation Project Manager to lead their team. This role offers the opportunity to manage and launch multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to regulations, demand, and market needs. What you'll do:
As an Innovation and Renovation Project Manager, your role will be pivotal in leading the end-to-end process of innovation and renovation projects. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to regulations, demand, and market needs. Your excellent leadership skills will be utilised as you execute all product-related changes in cooperation with various departments. You will ensure transparency of project processes, identify potential risks, devise mitigation strategies, monitor KPIs, and promote a positive working environment. Your ability to liaise effectively with internal & external stakeholders will be crucial in ensuring NPI projects are completed within timeline.
- Lead the end-to-end process of innovation and renovation project.
- Manage and launch multiple projects at the same time with adherence to the regulations, demand and market needs.
- Lead and execute all product related changes, both in terms of product and packaging in cooperation with R&D, Product Supply, Operation, Marketing etc.
- Ensure transparency of project process, risks and mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and report KPIs.
- Promote a positive and collaborative working environment between all departments.
- Liaise with internal & external stakeholders to ensure NPI projects are completed within timeline.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Innovation and Renovation Project Manager role brings a minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience. A background in Manufacturing/Supply Chain/R&D would be advantageous. PMP Certification is required for this role. Demonstrated experience with multinational FMCG companies is also highly desirable. Your strong interpersonal skills coupled with your extensive experience will make you a valuable asset to our team.
