• Evaluate equipment requirements proactively; recommend capital purchases when necessary and champion enhancements in process or design.
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant quality assurance protocols as well as environmental, health, safety, and security regulations.
• Lead personnel management activities including recruitment, training programmes, performance reviews, and implementation of manufacturing policies.
• Address operational issues promptly by collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges in a considerate manner.

• You possess strong organisational skills that enable effective planning, scheduling, documentation, and optimisation of resources such as people, machines, and materials.
• Your interpersonal abilities allow you to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams including engineering, planning, scheduling, and support functions.
• You are knowledgeable about monitoring performance metrics; controlling costs; preparing budgets; reviewing manufacturing expenses; and recommending capital purchases when needed.
• Your understanding of compliance requirements ensures adherence to quality assurance protocols as well as environmental health safety regulations within the workplace.
• You bring experience in personnel management including recruitment processes; staff training programmes; performance evaluations; and policy implementation.
