- You are knowledgeable about monitoring performance metrics; controlling costs; preparing budgets; reviewing manufacturing expenses; and recommending capital purchases when needed.
- Your understanding of compliance requirements ensures adherence to quality assurance protocols as well as environmental health safety regulations within the workplace.
- You bring experience in personnel management including recruitment processes; staff training programmes; performance evaluations; and policy implementation.
