- Maintain, update, and control comprehensive process documentation such as flow charts, failure mode effects analysis, and work instructions within relevant systems to ensure compliance and clarity.
- Analyse production processes using standard working time data and performance metrics to identify areas for optimisation and implement targeted improvements.
- Identify, analyse, and resolve process deviations, quality issues, or equipment malfunctions through structured root cause analysis methodologies in collaboration with other departments.
- Work closely with Quality Assurance, Equipment Maintenance, and Technical teams to implement corrective actions that address both immediate concerns and long-term process stability.
- Support new product introduction projects by coordinating smooth production ramp-up activities and ensuring all process requirements are met for successful launches.
- Streamline bottleneck processes by reducing cycle times, consolidating redundant steps, and optimising manpower deployment to enhance overall productivity.

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering is required for this position.

- Proven ability to maintain detailed process documentation such as flow charts (FC), failure mode effects analysis (PFMEA), work instructions (WI), ensuring accuracy across all records.

- Experience designing tooling or fixtures along with developing effective maintenance schedules tailored for high-efficiency production environments is important.
