What you'll do:
As a Plant Manager, you will play an integral role in driving the success of our operations. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all aspects of our plant's operations. You will ensure that our production processes are running smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality control. You will also be tasked with promoting workplace safety and leading a team to meet our production goals. Your leadership skills will be crucial in fostering a collaborative team environment where everyone is motivated to perform at their best.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production plant, ensuring production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.
- Maintain high levels of operational performance and resolve any production challenges or delays.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production staff, supervisors, and engineers.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, set clear goals, and support ongoing training and development.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and implement changes to optimize production processes and workflows.
- Ensure all products meet the company’s quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the production process.
- Promote a culture of safety, conducting regular safety training and audits to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
- Oversee the planning and execution of production schedules, ensuring timely completion of all orders while managing production capacity effectively.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

- Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
