What you'll do:
As an Assistant Manager in Facility Maintenance, your role will be pivotal in maintaining the smooth operation of our client's facilities. You'll be responsible for carrying out building maintenance, troubleshooting machinery breakdowns, and developing contingency plans for major faults. Your expertise will be crucial in upkeeping facility service requirements, providing technical support, and ensuring all equipment complies with safety regulations. Additionally, you'll monitor daily electricity consumption, contributing to the efficient running of the facilities.
- Carry out building maintenance and troubleshoot any facility machinery breakdowns.
- Develop contingency plans for major faults and temporary usage of electrical and compressed air systems.
- Upkeep facility service requirements and provide technical support.
- Inspect and maintain building electrical systems, ensuring mechanical and electrical equipment comply with safety regulations.
- Monitor and track daily electricity consumption of facilities.
- Display a mature team player attitude with a pleasant personality.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Assistant Manager - Facility Maintenance role will bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table. You should possess a certificate of competency as BO 11KV Chargeman from STM and have at least 5 years' experience working as a Chargeman in facilities maintenance within the manufacturing industry. Your skills in developing contingency plans, upkeeping facility service requirements, inspecting and maintaining electrical systems, and monitoring electricity consumption will be invaluable in this role.
- Possess a certificate of competency as BO 11KV Chargeman from STM.
