What you'll do:
As an Outgoing Quality Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring and improving the quality of our client's operational processes. You will be responsible for designing quality standards, inspecting materials, equipment, processes, and products. Your role will also involve developing quality control systems and determining corrective actions. You will work closely with managers and supervisors to implement these measures. Your excellent troubleshooting skills will be crucial in ensuring that processes and products consistently meet established quality standards.
* Developing and implementing quality standards
* Creating and enforcing quality control systems
* Monitoring and analysing quality performance
* Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure they meet quality specifications
* Collaborating with operations managers to develop controls and improvements
* Ensuring workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations
* Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues
* Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements
* Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Outgoing Quality Engineer position will bring a degree in quality, industrial or mechanical engineering along with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. You should have experience using process improvement tools such as test planning, defect reporting and tracing, execution of tests etc. Strong communication skills are essential for this role along with excellent interpersonal abilities. Your strong analytical abilities coupled with proven problem-solving skills will make you a valuable asset to the team.
* Degree in quality, industrial, or mechanical engineering
* 2+ years of experience in quality engineering or similar roles
* Experience using process improvement tools such as test planning, defect reporting and tracing, execution of tests etc.
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills

* Proven problem-solving skills
