Our client is on the hunt for a Business Systems Analyst to become an integral part of their Global Supply Chain Management team in Penang.

What you'll do:
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our client's Global Supply Chain Management team. Your primary responsibility will be offering Oracle support to users across various locations. You will also be instrumental in identifying and executing Supply Chain process improvements and enhancements. Your ability to craft functional design documents and test plans, collaborate with technical teams for enhancement requests, perform UAT testing with users, and work on prioritised system projects will be key to your success in this role.
* Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle issues for assigned EBS modules
* Identify and execute Supply Chain process improvements & enhancements
* Craft functional design documents and test plans
* Collaborate with technical team for enhancement requests
* Perform UAT testing with users
* Work on prioritised system projects as needed
* Provide timely updates on projects and other work-related updates
* Participate in implementation, testing and training of Oracle version upgrades/New acquisition
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Business Systems Analyst role brings a wealth of experience in the field. With a minimum of 5 years' working experience under your belt, you possess a deep understanding of Supply Chain business processes. Your experience supporting Supply Chain systems and implementing SCM or other solutions - including cross-platform standalone applications and Oracle or SAP functional extensions - sets you apart from others. Your familiarity with the full software development lifecycle, including milestone tracking, budget preparation, budget tracking, and meeting commitments is essential. Knowledge of SQL would be an added advantage.

* Experience implementing SCM or other solutions including cross platform, standalone applications and Oracle or SAP functional extensions
