What you'll do:
As a Facilities Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in analysing business demands and transformations, managing the preparation and start-up of new production lines, and leading your team towards success. Your excellent strategic planning skills will be crucial in ensuring budget planning for your department, coordinating production efficiency improvements, increasing capacity, and developing new products. You will also ensure that CAPEX reporting follows company standards while leading the execution of plant technical development strategy.
- Analyse business demands and transformation, providing information about factory's capabilities and ensuring optimal usage of assets.
- Manage the preparation and start up of new production lines and products.
- Ensure budget planning for department in control for execution.
- Coordinate production efficiency improvement, capacity increase and new product development.
- Ensure CAPEX reporting follows company standards.
- Lead the execution of plant technical development strategy.
- Manage engineering department and lead the team.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Facilities Engineering Manager position brings a wealth of experience from the manufacturing industry. Your background includes at least 8 years in roles where you've honed your skills in launching new products or packaging to market. You're no stranger to team management either - your leadership skills are second to none. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering rounds out your profile.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience working in a manufacturing industry, preferably food, beverage, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Experience in new product launches/packaging to the market.
- Experience in team management.
