What you'll do:
As a Senior Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and inspiring your team to achieve business targets. You will be responsible for department planning, job assignments, resource arrangements, and career development plans for direct reports. Your ability to increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures will significantly enhance the company's internal capacity. You will also work closely with the General Manager and management team to contribute valuable information and recommendations to strategic plans. Your role will involve defining KPIs on a yearly basis, recording and evaluating subordinate performance, preparing annual department budgets, and ensuring that 5'S at the workplace is essential.
- Lead, motivate, and support the operation team on department planning, job assignment, and resources arrangement
- Work closely with management team to contribute information and recommendations to strategic plans, policies, procedures, systems and budgetary
- Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity
- Define KPIs in scoreboard on yearly basis
- Evaluate subordinate performance to define target setting on yearly basis
- Prepare annual department budget
- Ensure 5’S at the work place is essential and periodically conduct is needed
What you bring:
As our ideal Senior Operations Manager, you bring a wealth of experience from the automation industry. With at least 8 years under your belt as a manager in this field, you have developed exceptional people management skills that enable you to lead teams effectively. Your knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management sets you apart from others. You are known for your excellent communication skills which allow you to liaise effectively with all levels within an organisation. Your project management skills are second-to-none; you're able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
- At least 8 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- At least 8 years of working experience as Manager in Automation industry
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Good People Management and Leadership skill
- Good Communication skill
- Good Project Management skill
