What you'll do:
As a Senior Analog Circuit Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the creation of new measurement platforms and analog mixed signal hardware designs. Your excellent troubleshooting skills will ensure the smooth operation of power supplies and analog circuit designs. Your expertise in using advanced circuit simulation tools will be invaluable in this role. Working closely with various teams, you will help define and optimise the hardware system design. Your leadership skills will be highlighted as you guide the design team in system hardware and software integration. Additionally, you will conduct design verification and component selection/evaluation.
* Architecting and designing new measurement platforms and analog mixed signal hardware designs
* Troubleshooting power supplies and analog circuit designs
* Utilising advanced circuit simulation tools such as HSpice, PSpice, LTSpice or Saber
* Collaborating with mechanical, software engineers within the team to define and optimise the hardware system design
* Leading the design team in system hardware and software integration
* Conducting design verification and component selection/evaluation
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Senior Analog Circuit Design Engineer position brings a wealth of experience in product development concepts and cycles. You have proven experience performing hardware and software system integration tasks. Your strong knowledge of fundamental digital, analog, and mixed-signal circuit design coupled with your troubleshooting skills sets you apart from others. You have advanced experience using EDA circuit simulation tools for design simulation and verification. Your ability to work independently while being self-motivated showcases your drive to consistently improve hardware design processes.
* PhD/Master/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering
* Experience in whole product development concept and cycle
* Experience in performing hardware and software system integration tasks
* Knowledge in fundamental digital, analog and mixed signal circuit design and troubleshooting
* Advanced experience is using EDA circuit simulation tools (eg. LTSpice, PSpice, Saber) for design simulation and verification
* Ability to work independently, self-motivated with consistent drive to improve hardware design and design processes
