Our client is seeking a Senior Electronic Engineer to lead and design the electronic hardware of a height adjustable desk system.

What you'll do:
As a Senior Electronic Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing the electronic hardware for a height adjustable desk system. Your role will involve leading cross-functional teams in new project development while also carrying out detailed electronic circuit designs. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining BOMs of new designs as well as coordinating lifecycle management for EOL parts. Your ability to liaise with vendors and cross-functional teams will be crucial in producing prototypes for design validation.
- Research, analyse, design, develop and validate development requirements of electronic design project
- Lead cross-functional engineers in new project development
- Carry out detailed electronic circuit design, including simulation and proof of concept
- Design schematic, layout and gerber of projects, considering the compliance requirement
- Create and maintain BOMs of the new designs and perform lifecycle activities
- Coordinate lifecycle management for EOL parts, by considering suitability, availability, and cost
- Liaise with vendors and cross-functional team to produce prototypes for design validation
- Conduct design verification, validation and documentation of safety, and EMC compliance

- BEng/BSc or Meng/MSc in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with minimum 6 years of experience
- Hands-on working experience in electronic design and validation process
- Ability to present creative solutions and work independently
- Deliver high quality work under tight schedules and deadline
- Good verbal and written skill in English with the ability to communicate with external and internal teams
- Focus on team’s goals and objectives in alignment with the company’s vision and mission
