An established international FMCG company is looking for a Regional Reliability Maintenance CoE Lead to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for RM within the region. The primary function of this job is to provide leadership and direction to the RM team, and work closely with the broader RM Leads located in each business unit and other Regional Centre of Excellence (CoE) leaders.

About the Regional Reliability Maintenance CoE Lead Role:
In this Regional RM CoE Lead position, you will support the Senior Director by providing subject-matter expertise, leadership, governance, and the deployment of the overall RM programs across all sites in the region to deliver improving and sustainable operational results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build capabilities through the deployment of sustainable RM CoE across the region consisting of over 10 manufacturing facilities
• Participate and contribute in monthly alignment calls with global and regional RM COE leads
• Take ownership of providing innovative training through detailed understanding of each factory team’s current capability and future anticipated needs
• Initiate and facilitate monthly alignment calls with RM teams in each factory, to share best practices and lessons learned
• Provide assistance in creating and deploying RM hand books and training materials, and conduct assessments within the region
• Ensure that RM tools and processes are adopted in each factory in the region to drive business process excellence and deliver exceptional results
• Collaborate closely with regional functional leaders of manufacturing and engineering to effectively roll out and execute global programmes as needed

To succeed in this Regional Reliability Maintenance CoE Lead role, you will need to have solid experience in executing reliability maintenance, and possess strong knowledge of Six Sigma and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles, and tools such as DMAIC and 5S.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in an engineering, manufacturing, or other supply chain related discipline
• Proficiency in overseeing diverse and intricate reliability maintenance operations, along with notable problem-solving, influencing, and decision-making abilities
• At least eight years of reliability maintenance experience within the FMCG industry, having effectively led a maintenance team in a manufacturing plant
• Substantial experience in process improvement and possess a strong understanding of Six Sigma principles, as well as tools like DMAIC, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Zero Loss Analysis processes, and Autonomous Maintenance methodology and application
• Exceptional skills in people management, coupled with the capacity to collaborate effectively across the organisation
