Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manufacturing Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager to transform their supply chain operations and manufacturing plants across the Region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deploy the CI/PO Centre of Excellence (COE), driving repeatable, improved, and sustainable operational results.
You will be the Subject Matter Expert for all regional Integrated Work System (IWS) reporting and analysis, ensuring accurate and insightful reporting that drives continuous improvement.

What you'll do:
As a Regional Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be at the forefront of our operations, shaping the future by deploying the CI/PO COE and driving improved operational results. Your role will involve conducting performance calls, participating in IWS calls, developing training materials, aligning strategies with COE leads, deploying CI/PO tools, implementing digitalisation, leading process improvements, and publishing key performance metrics. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying building blocks for improvement and sharing best practices.
- Deploy CI/PO COE across plants to adopt and embed standard processes
- Conduct monthly performance calls with CI/PO teams in each plant
- Join monthly IWS calls with Global & Regional CI/PO Leads
- Assist in creating playbooks and training materials, conduct regional assessments for the CI/PO COE
- Align with Regional & Global COE leads on strategy and execution of IWS COE Phase development and deployment
- Deploy and ensure adoption of IWS CI/PO tools to drive business process excellence
- Implement Reporting Digitalization across the region
- Drive process improvements using industry-standard techniques and best practices
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Regional Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Manager position will bring a wealth of experience from a manufacturing or supply chain environment. You will have a minimum BA/BS in manufacturing, engineering or a related degree along with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt Certification. Your proven track record of delivering tangible business results using process improvement methodologies will set you apart. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for this role as it involves extensive cross-functional teamwork.

- Minimum 10 years in a manufacturing / Supply Chain environment
- Demonstrated history of delivering tangible business results utilizing process improvement methodologies
- Excellent interpersonal skills including effective collaboration and influencing skills
- Strong ability to manage/influence teams to deliver the right results on time
