As the Regional ESH Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with ESH standards while fostering a culture of safety and environmental responsibility. Your key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing regional ESH policies, procedures, and programs aligned with corporate objectives.
• Conducting regular audits, risk assessments, and inspections to ensure adherence to local and international regulations.
• Leading incident investigations and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace safety and environmental performance.
• Providing training and guidance to employees on ESH best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate ESH principles into operational processes.

Your leadership will play a critical role in maintaining safe workplaces and promoting sustainable practices across the organization.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a results-driven leader who combines technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety & Health, or related fields.
• At least 8 years of experience managing ESH programs within the industrial sector, preferably at a regional level.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Malaysian ESH laws and international standards such as ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
• Proven ability to conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations effectively.
• Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels and drive cultural change.
• A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
