What You’ll Do

As the Chief Operating Officer, you will be at the forefront of driving operational success and ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee all aspects of operations, from project delivery to risk management. Your role will include:

• Translating strategic goals into actionable plans and KPIs.
• Overseeing end-to-end project execution while ensuring quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Managing stakeholder relationships, negotiating joint ventures, and formalizing strategic agreements.
• Leading diverse teams, fostering a culture of accountability, and driving continuous improvement.
• Identifying growth opportunities and supporting business development initiatives.
• Mitigating risks and ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing executive oversight for planning, execution, and completion of projects.
• Resolving high-level project issues and operational bottlenecks.
• Reviewing contracts, agreements, and commercial terms while mitigating legal risks.
• Driving financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a visionary leader with extensive experience in the engineering and project management consultancy industry. The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related fields (Master’s Degree preferred).
• At least 18 years of professional experience with 8+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale construction or engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, joint ventures, and contract law.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.

Key competencies include:

• Advanced negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals and resolving conflicts.
• Financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
