What You’ll Do
As the Senior Leader – Corporate Real Estate, you will play a critical role in managing the organisation’s office portfolio and driving workplace initiatives. Your key responsibilities include:

Real Estate Portfolio Management:

• Oversee the lifecycle management of the organisation’s office portfolio.
• Support strategic decisions related to leasing, location planning, and workplace expansion or consolidation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure real estate solutions meet operational needs.

Workplace Planning and Environment:

• Lead initiatives focused on workspace optimisation, layout design, and office planning.
• Ensure office environments foster productivity, collaboration, and employee engagement while reflecting corporate identity.

Project Delivery and Office Development:

• Manage workplace projects such as refurbishments, relocations, and fit-out programmes.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure efficient project delivery aligned with organisational standards.

Facilities and Operational Oversight:

• Supervise facilities management activities across office locations to maintain operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards while resolving operational issues effectively.

Financial Planning and Risk Oversight:

• Manage budgets for real estate operations and capital projects, ensuring cost efficiency through forecasting and monitoring.
• Implement financial controls while identifying risks related to property operations and business continuity.

Sustainability Practices:

What You’ll Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
