What you'll do:
As a Product and Technical Trainer, your primary responsibility will be to assist during product trainings for importers. You will communicate effectively, conducting independent presentations across various platforms. Your role will involve planning and executing technical trainings, including hands-on product demonstrations in the field. Providing top-notch technical support to customers will be a key part of your day-to-day activities. You'll also interact regularly with the company's headquarters, providing important updates. Involvement in Learning Management System (LMS) implementation will be another exciting aspect of your role. Additionally, you'll assist in collaborative projects with importers and take on any other tasks or assignments as directed by your Manager.
- Assist during product trainings to importers

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Product and Technical Trainer position holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Mechatronics, or has equivalent work experience. You bring at least 3 years of training experience to the table, along with a strong technical aptitude. Your knowledge of training and learning principles enables you to effectively present and teach technical information to others. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint is required, along with experience using webinar and e-learning applications. A background in the machinery or engine industry will be highly beneficial. Exceptional communication skills are a must, and we're particularly interested in candidates who are independent self-learners.
- Bachelor Degree In Engineering, preferably in Mechanical/Mechatronics or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of training experience – technical aptitude required
- Knowledge of training and learning principles and ability to present and teach technical information to others
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with webinar and e-learning applications (including online equipments)
- Background in machinery or engine industry
- Exceptional communication skills
- Independent and self-learner is preferred
