What you'll do:
As a Technical Engineer based in Selangor, you will immerse yourself in a variety of challenging yet rewarding tasks that span from providing hands-on technical support for innovative geosynthetics products to collaborating closely with both internal colleagues and external partners. Your day-to-day responsibilities will see you engaging directly with project teams to ensure successful application of solutions across multiple civil engineering scenarios. - Provide expert technical support for the full portfolio of geosynthetics products with particular focus on civil and geotechnical applications such as reinforced slopes, walls, basal and piled embankments, soft soil consolidation, subgrade stabilisation, and erosion protection for coastal and inland waterways.
- Conduct detailed design and engineering analyses to support project-specific sales activities by specifying optimal solutions using the company’s advanced product range.
- Develop, manage, and proactively follow up on all ongoing projects in the pipeline while ensuring regular updates are communicated to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver engaging technical presentations tailored to internal teams as well as external audiences including consultants, engineers, government authorities, and industry professionals.
- Initiate and contribute to the publication of technical papers or equivalent materials at seminars and conferences to enhance the company’s visibility within the sector.
- Create high-quality technical documentation such as technical notes, blogs, installation guidelines, and case studies as assigned by management.
- Participate actively in initiatives aimed at improving technical literature as well as supporting sales and marketing teams with promotional materials and presentations.
