What you’ll do

As the Project Director, you will be the driving force behind the successful execution of high-rise mixed development, residential, and commercial projects, with a primary focus on township developments in Johor. Your leadership will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Strategizing, planning, and managing project development from inception to delivery.
• Monitoring investments and budgets to ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
• Achieving Qlassic scores exceeding 73% for project quality assurance.
• Liaising with authorities to secure approvals for land and infrastructure development.
• Building strong relationships with consultants and contractors to meet specifications and standards.
• Overseeing handover processes for infrastructure projects, including maintenance, security, and insurance matters.

What you’ll bring

We’re seeking an experienced leader who thrives in complex environments and has a proven track record in delivering large-scale property developments. To excel in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience, including 7+ years in a management role leading project teams.
• Expertise in mixed development, integrated townships, and/or high-rise projects with Qlassic implementation.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure approvals from authorities efficiently.
• Exceptional relationship management abilities with consultants and contractors.
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel as required.
