What you’ll do
As the Project Director, you will orchestrate the full spectrum of engineering construction and environmental restoration endeavors, focusing on coastal, wetland, river, and reservoir projects. Your mission is to ensure these ventures are accomplished on time, within budget, and meet the highest safety and quality standards. You will advocate for ecological restoration and sustainability, enhancing the vitality of diverse water systems and ecosystems.

What you’ll bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in Engineering Infrastructure Construction.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure marine infrastructure, including projects such as offshore pier construction, bridge viaducts, jetty development, and other water body-related structures.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in strategic planning and project management methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Financial acumen with experience in budget oversight and reporting.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and sustainability practices.
