About the Business Analyst - ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Role:
This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a deep understanding of ESG principles and their application in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of ESG trends, regulations, and best practices in alignment with the organisations ESG principles
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and prioritise ESG-related business requirements and objectives
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, processes, and systems
• Gather and document business requirements, including functional and non-functional specifications, use cases, and process flows
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions to align with ESG goals
• Assist in the development and implementation of ESG metrics, frameworks, and reporting mechanisms
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of ESG strategies and initiatives, and provide regular updates and recommendations to stakeholders
• Support the development of training materials and conduct training sessions to enhance ESG awareness and understanding across the organisation

The successful Business Analyst - ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) is able to gather, analyse, and document business requirements while working closely with cross-functional teams to implement effective ESG strategies and initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the financial industry, with a focus on ESG-related initiatives
• Strong knowledge of ESG concepts, frameworks, and regulations, and their application in the financial sector
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable recommendations
• Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
