About the Assistant Vice President, Corporate Credit Audit Role:
In this business critical role, you will assist the Head, Corporate Credit Audit in ensuring that the approved planned assignments of the corporate credit audit and other ad hoc assignments are carried out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct audit assignments which includes audit programme, scope and audit approach as well as sampling methodology
• Carry out the audit fieldwork and ensures comprehensive coverage of audit scope and regularly update Head, Corporate Credit Audit on important issues
• Review the audit findings and observations highlighted by the corporate credit audit team
• Prepare internal audit reports for Head, Corporate Credit Audit and Chief Internal Auditor review for presentation to the Audit Committee and/or Board Audit Committee
• Conduct regular follow-up on unresolved issues until the issues are closed
• Assist the Head, Corporate Credit Audit in reviewing and providing feedback on policies and procedures and other consultancy services requested by the management
• Perform and guide/train the team members to discharge duties and responsibilities as delegated and ensure that the tasks assigned are completed within the timeframe allocated
• Ensure that all operational lapses and weaknesses are raised for management's information and consideration for the next course of actions

To succeed in the Assistant Vice President, Corporate Credit Audit role, you will need to maintain a close working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Certification for bank auditors (CBA) and bachelor’s degree in accountancy/business administration
• 10 - 15 years of experience in auditing works or relevant work experience in credit and/or banking experience particularly in corporate credit
• Sound understanding of credit and banking operations
