About the VP, Premier Segment Role:
Reporting to the Head of Segments, this VP, Premier Segment position is responsible for planning executing and driving the bank's Premier Banking initiative and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving product penetration and cross divisional collaboration
• Deepening client engagement
• Developing and enhancing segment-led propositions
• Keeping abreast of market landscape insights and analytics to ensure business stays relevant
• Implementing new capabilities and improvising internal process

In order to succeed in this VP, Premier Segment role, you must have at least five years working experience in a related or similar field within any financial services provider.

Key Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent from a recognised University with at least three years' working experience in the related field
• Proficiency in English
• Familiarity with products and services for HNW and affluent segments
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Creative with ability to think outside the box
• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated and resourceful
