VP, Finance for Private Equity

Our private equity client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Finance.

What you'll do:

As the VP, Finance for Private Equity, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the preparation of full sets of finance, operations and financial reports.

• Prepare quarterly financial statements and reports for investors
• Liaise with auditors on year-end audit and draft financial statements
• Coordinate with tax agents on taxation matters including quarterly and yearly tax filing
• Liaise with administrators, company secretaries, consultants, bankers and other service providers on finance, accounting and administration matters

To succeed in this role, you are required to possess experience in private equity sector.

What you bring:

• Recognised degree in finance and/or accounting
• Minimum five years' work experience as a finance professional in a private equity firm
• Proven track record in accountancy/regulations compliance
• Experience in partnering with business counterparts in achieving business and financial objectives
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical mindset
