Associate, Private Equity Investment

This role is based in the vibrant city of Kuala Lumpur and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and value of assigned investee companies.

What you'll do:

As an Associate in Private Equity Investments, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client's portfolio.

• Ensure the growth & value of assigned investee companies in key areas of business drivers
• Lead quantitative and qualitative analysis after defining business issues concisely
• Research methodologies include data mining, creating models and performing market research with team members
• Drive the relevant initiatives based on insights derived and proposed recommendations
• Partner with recruiters and network in identifying potential external talent or succession planning
• Supervise the work output of team members, providing clear direction and regular monitoring
• Act as a mentor to coach juniors through effective guidance for end-to-end analysis to execution
• Engage with partners, financial institutions and consultants on matters related to the financial performance of projects and investments

To succeed in this role, you are required to possess experience in financial modelling, valuation and management consulting.
