Vice President, Finance

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, Finance to join their team in Kuala Lumpur.

What you'll do:

As the Vice President, Finance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the organisation.

• Prepare management accounts accurately and timely for reporting to the management
• Prepare quarterly financial statements and reports for investors
• Coordinate with auditors on year-end audit and draft financial statements
• Coordinate with tax agents on taxation matters including quarterly and yearly tax filing
• Liaise with administrators, company secretaries, consultants, bankers and other service providers on finance, accounting and administration matters

To succeed in this role, you should possess experience in financial reporting within private equity industry.

• Recognised degree in finance and/or accounting
• Minimum five years' work experience as a finance professional in a private equity firm
• Proven track record in accountancy/regulations compliance
