About the Associate Director, Private Equity Role:
In this Associate Director, Private Equity role, you will be managing the daily responsibilities of the investment team working closely with the Managing Partner/Partners of the firm on all aspects of the deal process.

Key Responsibilities:

• In view of the seniority of this role, one will involve in all aspects of the investment process including but not limited to playing leadership roles across the following:
  • Development of investment themes
  • Deal origination
  • Transaction due diligence
  • Market analysis, primary and secondary research
  • Valuation modelling
  • Transaction exit management
• Deal execution, including transaction structuring, tax optimisation, legal documentation, negotiation and investment committee presentations
• Execute the transaction value creation plan and act as an observer on portfolio company Board of Directors (where appropriate and necessary) to execute growth and operational improvement strategies
• Monitor the financial and operational conditions and industry dynamics of portfolio companies
• Engage with investors in relation to portfolio companies

To succeed in this role, you must have at least seven years of significant experience from relevant investment roles.

• Highly developed analytical skills
• Excellent project management and negotiation skills
• Relevant experience to play a key role in inspiring, mentoring and developing junior talents within the firm
• Strong personal networks to access potential investment opportunities is an advantage
