Operations Executive

An exciting opportunity just opened up for a Operations Executive to join an international investment firm based in KL that offers hybrid working arrangement.

What you will do:

• Prepare, present, and promote investment proposals to senior management, investors, and business partners.
• Contribute to improving the firm's technology and data analytics platform, focusing on enhancing user experience.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and administrative teams to manage DocuSign processes, organize documents, and handle other administrative tasks.
• Support the KYC process by managing documentation and optimizing the onboarding workflow to identify, profile, and qualify Accredited Investors.
• Assist with corporate secretarial duties and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Help coordinate live deals by liaising with internal teams, maintaining key documents, overseeing contract execution, and managing the distribution of returns.
• Perform additional tasks or ad-hoc assignments as requested by management.

What you bring:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• With 2 to 5 years of experience in fund operations, ideally within a bank or financial institution.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for working in a startup environment.
• Open-minded, curious, and eager to learn and grow.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively while thriving in a fast-paced setting.
