The successful candidate will be at the forefront of automation and digitalisation initiatives, driving improvements in service, control, efficiency, and cost. With a team of approximately 400 staff across two sites, this role offers the chance to lead a large team towards a more customer-centric culture and transform operations to align with today's digital banking context.

What you'll do:

As the Head of Credit Operations, you will be responsible for leading a large team across two operational sites. Your primary focus will be on delivering an exceptional customer experience across all financing products and credit-related services. You will drive automation and digitalisation initiatives to improve service, control, efficiency, and cost. You will also manage key services within SLA and quality standards while accelerating optimisation of resources through automation/digitalisation efforts. Additionally, you will implement systems enabled process transformation and manage stakeholder relationships including senior internal stakeholders, IT vendors/colleagues, and external lawyers/land offices.

  • Lead the Credit Operations team to deliver exceptional customer experience

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Head of Credit Operations role brings extensive credit operations experience across different areas/segments. You are a hands-on leader with strong leadership skills capable of driving a customer-centric mindset/culture within your team. You have a proven track record in implementing systems enabled process transformation and are comfortable/proficient in dealing with IT/tech projects. Your knowledge extends to all credit related legal requirements and you possess strong stakeholder management skills. Ideally, you have demonstrated diversity in your roles (support, products, credit, risk etc) and situations (new venture, high growth, turnaround, transformation etc).

  • Extensive credit operations experience across different areas/segments
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
  • Proven track record in implementing systems enabled process transformation
  • Proficiency in dealing with IT/tech projects
  • Knowledge of all credit related legal requirements
