What you'll do:
As an AM/ Manager for Global Market Operations, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of daily transaction processing operations. You will be responsible for providing services to support the processing of various global market products. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be put to use as you manage failed trades and investigate cash breaks. Your keen eye for detail will be essential as you perform regulatory reporting and participate in SOP reviews. Your ability to identify areas for process improvement will contribute significantly to the efficiency of operations.
- Provide services to support the processing of Global Market products such as FX/MM, FX Option, IR Derivatives, Bond and Credit Products.
- Ensure day-to-day operations and transactions are completed on time.
- Monitor activities outsourced to external service providers.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders on daily operational issues.
- Prepare daily cash projection to Treasury.
- Manage failed trades and investigate cash breaks.
- Perform Regulatory Reporting (daily, monthly, quarterly, ad-hoc request).
- Participate in Standard Operating procedures (SOP) reviews.
- Identify areas for processes improvement.
What you bring:

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role along with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
