As an AVP, Corporate Actions, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of corporate actions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing dividends, mergers, acquisitions, rights issues among others. You will ensure accurate and timely processing of these events while managing relationships with various stakeholders. Your strategic thinking will be crucial in developing strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Leading a team of professionals, you will drive the achievement of departmental goals. Staying updated with industry trends and regulatory changes will be key to your success in this role.

  • Oversee all aspects of corporate actions including dividends, mergers, acquisitions, and rights issues.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of corporate action events.
  • Manage relationships with custodians, brokers, and other third parties.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
