What you'll do:
As a Project Manager/Business Analyst (Chinese Speaking), you will be expected to exercise independent initiative and judgement in proactively overcoming obstacles to success. You will deal with uncertainty and changing circumstances, such as interdependencies, opportunities or risks. Your agile and flexible approach to work will be key in ensuring outstanding levels of professionalism and conduct. You will also be responsible for producing a well-defined project plan, identifying key milestones and assigning responsibilities/resources.

  • Take decisions and lead change initiatives while managing stakeholder and senior management relationships
  • Plan effectively around delivery constraints and optimise the plan to maximise benefits and minimise risk
  • Proactively monitor project execution to identify risks/issues/dependencies as they arise throughout the project life cycle
  • Collaborate and build positive stakeholder relationships providing regular updates
  • Analyse management reports, deriving insights from it to drive the right business decisions
  • Manage Change Adoption to ensure the change lands well and sticks, contributing to benefits realisation

The ideal candidate for this Project Manager/Business Analyst role brings a wealth of knowledge in project life cycle, Business Transformation Frameworks, Agile methodologies of project delivery. You have proven experience on complex projects across countries or regions. Your ability to work in virtual teams and lead cross-functional teams sets you apart. Your project management skills are complemented by your experience of managing large and complex projects. Your experience in Change Adoption processes enables you to plan and implement change intervention effectively.

  • Understanding of the project life cycle, Business Transformation Frameworks, Agile methodologies of project delivery
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as Clarity/JIRA/MS Project
  • Experience on complex projects across countries or regions
  • Ability to work in virtual teams and lead cross-functional teams
  • Project management skills with experience of managing large and complex projects
  • Experience in Change Adoption processes - Plan and implement change intervention
