An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and committed individual to join a leading organisation as a Manager in Business Support.

This role offers an excellent platform to lead and coordinate the development of sales rewards and recognition programmes, manage sales support initiatives, and oversee system enhancement initiatives for process improvement.

  • Oversee administrative and operational functions within Retail Banking Department
  • Manage the delivery of sales performance reporting
  • Lead the administration of Retail Banking department on budget, expenses, policies/guidelines

What you'll do:

As a Manager in Business Support, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Retail Banking Department.

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the Retail Banking Department
  • Manage the delivery of sales performance reporting to assist sales management
  • Coordinate the development, monitoring and execution of sales incentives for sales executives and management team
  • Lead the administration of Retail Banking department on budget, expenses, policies/guidelines
  • Manage the sales supporting initiatives/activities related to sales staff JD, KPI, licensing and contract renewal
  • Review CRR, BNM ad-hoc query, and other statutory reports required
  • Communicate with HR department and manage approval from management for new hiring / backfilling and contract renewal for Retail Banking staffs
  • Oversee system enhancement initiatives for process improvement
  • Track and update business strategies initiatives by departments

  • Proven experience in managing administrative and operational functions within a retail banking environment
  • Strong ability to manage the delivery of sales performance reporting
  • Experience in developing, monitoring and executing sales incentives for a diverse team
  • Ability to lead the administration of a retail banking department on budgeting, expenses, policies/guidelines
  • Experience in managing various sales supporting initiatives/activities related to staff JD, KPI, licensing and contract renewal
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with HR department and manage approval from management for new hiring / backfilling and contract renewal for staff
  • Experience in overseeing system enhancement initiatives for process improvement
  • Ability to track and update business strategies initiatives by departments
