What you'll do:

As a Customer Relationship Management Engagement and Branch Support, Change Manager, you will play an integral role in shaping the future direction of the organizations customer engagement strategy. You will lead the development and implementation of innovative CRM strategies that enhance customer experience and drive business growth. Your role will also involve managing change initiatives across various branches, ensuring they align with overall business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of change management strategies. Furthermore, you will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CRM initiatives, making necessary adjustments to optimise results. Providing support to branches during the transition phase of any change initiatives is also a key part of your role.
