The successful candidate will be responsible for overall PMO, focusing on branch related Transformation covering Branches, Customer Service, Collections, Compliance transformation and sales. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment where you can truly make your mark.

What you'll do:

As an Assistant Vice President in Project Management Office (PMO) Transformation, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our retail/branch operations. You will provide strategic support, aligning transformation objectives with our overall strategy. Your ability to manage a multi-project environment will be key, ensuring that all necessary data is always up-to-date and plausible. You will also be responsible for making informed decisions regarding scope, budgets and resources while considering interdependencies between projects. Your role will involve providing operational support in projects by executing defined subtasks or providing project assistance. A significant part of your role will be resource management - ensuring adequate resource allocation and selecting the right people for projects. Lastly, you will choose and adapt PM methodologies and processes to best suit the needs of project teams.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Assistant Vice President, Project Management Office (PMO) Transformation role will bring a wealth of experience and a proven track record in project management. You will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent, and at least 5 years of experience in a Lead PMO role or similar capacity. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships across the business, while your strong organizational abilities and attention to detail will ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. A result-oriented individual, you will have a passion for excellence and strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Your ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment and work independently with diverse teams will be key to your success in this role. Certification in project management or agile methodologies will be an added advantage.

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a PMO role in the same field or similar capacity in project management and/or project coordination experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Ability to work independently and with diverse teams, with minimal supervision
