Perform end-to-end daily transaction processing including fixed deposit and cheque clearing activities
Provide day-to-day support and advice within the department for transactional activities
Work closely with other operations teams to resolve any exceptions or queries
Proactively share new ideas and concepts to improve operations process
Cover duties of staff members in their absence and support bank activities during emergencies
The ideal Assistant Manager, Remittance Operation Services brings a wealth of experience from the banking sector. With at least five years under your belt, you are well-versed in banking operations and have a solid understanding of statutory requirements. Willingness to work on staggered hours to support APAC region branches
