About the Programme Analyst (Branch Transformation) Role:
In this role, you will be responsible to lead deployment and change management for Agile CX initiatives at region and branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead deployment and change management for Agile CX initiatives at region and branches
• Guide regional office on implementation plan for Agile CX initiatives
• Assist in tracking implementation progress and provide regular updates to management
• Manage stakeholders
• Track end-to-end project on a day to day basis

To succeed in this Programme Analyst (Branch Transformation) role, you will need to have good end-to-end project management skills.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of work experience in project management, change management or its equivalent
• Proficiency in business management, statistics, analytics, and spreadsheet software such as Excel and PowerPoint
• Good project management skills
• Understands Agile methodology
• Track record of leading and managing teams or work streams and delivering against tight deadlines in fast-paced and demanding environments
• Excellent people skills
• Good stakeholder management experience
• Implementation, change management and benefits realisation
