In this business critical role, you will be required to manage a team of collections, recovery and remarketing officers to ensure collections are up to par with targets and regulations set for various markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning, evaluating, implementing, and continuously improving all aspects of collection functions and processes with digitalisation and innovation
• Review performance and activities of debt collection and Repossession agents and ensuring proper management of account receivables by minimising credit losses of current portfolio and maximising debt recovery
• Manage the remarketing process for repossessed/returned vehicles including Agility (return of vehicle).
• Prepare monthly delinquency report/corporate customer risk report to Regional Office

To succeed in this Manager, Collections (Mandarin Speaker) role, you will need to have strong knowledge in collections.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Finance, Management or any other related field
• Minimum of five years' working experience in a similar field
• Knowledge in default handling, remarketing of repossessed/returned vehicles and shortfall management, remarketing experiences and Dealer Networking
• Process knowledge: Collection Processes, Legal Processes, Remarketing Processes and Loss Recovery Processes
