In this business critical role, you will collaborate with Strategic Programme stakeholders and Senior Management to develop initiative goals and objectives whilst ensuring alignment with the bank’s strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate showcases and key engagement sessions with program stakeholders
• Ensure all initiatives are well executed and perform monitoring
• Manage stakeholder expectations and report project status, and build strong working relationship with stakeholders
• Oversee and monitor the execution and progress of Strategic Program initiatives that is aligned with its end state aspirations and goals
• Ownership of specific initiatives covering successful execution to deliver committed deliverables and achieve success metrics

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of seven years' project management experience
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Strong understanding of the banking industry specifically in wholesale banking
• Excellent communicator both in writing and presentation skills
• Project management skills
• Good stakeholder management
