About the Trade Finance (Doc Check) Role:
In this business critical role you will be responsible for processing trade finance transactions (doc check) received from the group and corresponding agents in accordance with the bank’s policy, within stipulated time as per service level agreement in Kuala Lumpur.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check, approve and verify transactions processed
- Be responsible for the daily activities of the section
- Attend to telephone enquiries and reply to swift/mails enquiries when required
- Perform data entry and/or approve/authorise Swift Alliance related transactions
- Manage any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by the management from time to time
To succeed in this Trade Finance (Doc Check) job, you must have experience with Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, Document Checking and Payments, and a strong background in Doc Check.
Key Requirements:
- Experience with Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, Document Checking and Payments
- Trade operations or credit work experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
