About the Process Improvement Role: In this business critical role, you will be responsible for identifying, proposing and implementing long-term strategic innovation and short-term tactical process improvement of group operations. You will also be involved in the project management office for group operations.
Assist in ensuring alignment of journey objectives to the CoE mission
Identify, plan, propose and implement long-term strategic innovations and short-term tactical improvement to the management for approval
Propose a detailed revamp process flow, new automation and digital tools and method to improve and digitise
Present proposed initiatives in a articulated and logical manner
Review and approve revamps from the Solutions Specialist as part of the overall initiatives proposal
Ensure the proposed initiatives as per approved plan
Engage key stakeholders including Senior Management, Service Partner Head effectively
Co-develop solutions or improvements with process owners
Manage and work with key vendors as necessary especially on the quality of services delivery
To succeed in the Process Improvement Manager job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix.
Degree either in Financial Management/Accounting, Engineering or business-related areas
Postgraduate qualification is a plus for this role
FIs/banking operations and processes
FIs/banking related digital tools/automated solutions
Online marketplace/platform trends and latest practices
Ability to empower teams and make decisions effectively
Ability to delegate work effectively
Be well informed on the developments in the relevant domain
Understanding of key bank processes
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Innovative and creative thinking
Ability to communicate with various levels across the organisation (senior leadership, etc.)
