An exciting Team Lead, Finance Change Delivery job has just become available at one of the respected global banks based in Kuala Lumpur. You will support the Head of PMO to reengineer all of the financial management and financial reporting processes, ensuring that the bank is able to provide the businesses with the transparency and insight into their financial data, but also to meet any future organisational changes and regulatory requirements.
About the Team Lead, Finance Change Delivery Role: In this business critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring cohesive, content rich, fit for audience programme status reporting is in place across the programme, and that the governance forums established function well and are supported effectively by the programme office.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure a consistent reporting of the programme scope across all geographies so there is a consistent framework for assessing portfolio risk profile
Coach individual project leads and regional value stream leads to ensure smooth progress
Ensure projects meet internal quality standards
Manage an end-to-end delivery plan and escalate as appropriate
Ensure adequate processes are in place to support the governance framework
Meet presentation pack preparation, management of meeting membership and minutes/decision capture and follow up on actions assigned
To succeed in this Team Lead, Finance Change Delivery job, you will need to have an understanding of the global nature of the programmes and resulting complexity of stakeholder management and also maintain awareness of operational risk and minimise the likelihood of it occurring.
Key Requirements:
Five or more years’ experience working in PMO as an analyst in large change programmes within financial services
A good deal of experience developing high-quality PMO tools and templates
Good communication skills Experienced with operating in a global regulatory environment/supporting delivery of transformational programmes
Experience working with senior stakeholders in a global environment
Ideally familiar with Risk Based Project Management Methodology (RBPM) and preparing for an audit
