A rapidly expanding financial institution is looking for a talented candidate for a Remittance Operation Services (ROS) job to effectively manage and oversee end-to-end transaction processing and/or authorisation for deposit and remittance transactions in Kuala Lumpur.

About the Remittance Operation Services (ROS) Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for manage and oversee end to end transaction processing and/or authorisation for deposit and remittance transactions while ensuring accuracy and efficiency as well as department activities and ensure that the required tasks are completed within the expected time frame and operations are carried out in accordance with operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply your knowledge in deposit such as placement/withdrawal and Swift message for local Payment and overseas payment routing in SWIFT Alliance
• Oversee day-to-day support and advice in the department for transactional activities
• Verify and/or authorise end-of-day reconciliation for daily activities
• Work closely with other respective operations team to resolve any exceptions or queries

To succeed in the Remittance Operation Services (ROS) job, you will need to have a strong remittance knowledge as well as have led a team before.

Key Requirements:

• Must have at least eight years' relevant experience in banking operations
• Good knowledge of statutory requirements and/or related rules
• Specialisation in banking/financial services or shared service centres or equivalent is preferred
• Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
