About the Operations Transformation, Consultant Role:
In this critical role, you will lead the strategic initiatives identified within the team from initiation until delivery phase (end-to-end). You will also manage stakeholders and chair project steering committees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the assigned initiatives in Service Transaction and ensure deliverable within agreed scope, timeline and key objectives are met
• Challenge the current process and think out of the box to come out with simplified business and processing rules and yet, comply with all regulatory requirements within policy servicing
• Deliver all activities related to the User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment and post deployment verification/support

To succeed in the Operations Transformation, Consultant job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business teams, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• Strong in data analytics
• Experience in change management and life insurance operations, preferably policy servicing
• Exposure in Agile environment/Agile practitioner
• Strong knowledge of project management/business requirements analysis
• Ability to think from business owners’ perspectives and know the action to take and make business decision
