About the [P&C] Senior Manager-Trade Bill Services (TBS) Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for the effective operation and administration of the Trade Operations Department. You will also take the lead providing direction to all trade finance-related projects and business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, guidance and support to the department to achieve annual objectives and deliverables
• Assist management in ensuring all operations run smoothly
• Lead a team of country marketing directors, including training and appraisals
• Evaluate performance and guide subordinates in terms of operational processes, skills and technical know-how in order to improve the staff productivity and to maintain consistency in operational support and delivery
• Reengineering business processes to improve customer service, cost effectiveness and controls in the department

To succeed in the [P&C] Senior Manager-Trade Bill Services (TBS) job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business teams, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• At least 15 years' working experience in banking of which 10 years in the related field or managing trade operations
• Well versed within trade finance operations
• Good knowledge in statutory requirements and/or related rules as well as trade documents requirements
• Currently leading a team and preferably in a similar processing environment
