In this role, you will be managing the overall activities in retail credit management from the submission of retail financing applications until settlement of the financing with the objective of achieving operational excellence.

About the Vice President, Consumer Credit Operations Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for managing the overall activities in retail credit management from submission of retail financing application until settlement of the financing with the objective of achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth operations in managing Disbursement, Credit Admin matters, Credit Maintenance and System Support, Record Management, Compliance and Supervision, of retail financing accounts
• Manage and drive a team
• Drive data quality improvement and accuracy and also to ensure key data elements are clearly defined and described
• Manage Retail Credit Unit (RU) centres nationwide

To succeed in this Vice President, Consumer Credit Operations role, you must have experience in consumer credit operations from disbursement to settlement, and be able to assist the team in process enhancements, improvements and digitisations.

Key Requirements:

• Professional Credit Certification/Professional Banker or higher
• Minimum of five years' experience in a supervisory/management role
• Minimum of 10 years' experience with strong credit and banking operations
• Knowledge in Islamic Finance
• Professional Credit Certification/Professional Banker or higher
• Meticulous, good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Experienced leading a team is preferred
