Project Manager/Business Analyst, WPB

A rapidly expanding financial institution is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst, WPB. This job is for someone who has experience within the financial services industry and is able to converse in Chinese. In this job, you will be managing bank-wide projects.

About the Project Manager/Business Analyst, WPB Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and delivery of one or more projects proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, team, outcomes and benefits. You will work closely with the Programme Manager and Global Portfolio Management Office to ensure alignment of their project with the wider change portfolio and the group strategy, values and behaviours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce a well-defined project plan in clarity, dictate the key milestones and assign responsibilities/resources
• Mobilise the project team and allocates tasks and roles
• Oversee the tracking of project risks/issues/dependencies, assess the impact on the benefit realisation for the projects and takes action to minimise impact, actively challenging and removing obstacles
• Work closely with the senior business development teams globally
• Provide a global view of the pitch process

To succeed in this Project Manager/Business Analyst, WPB role, you will need to be able to communicate in Chinese as this role is supporting the Asia Pacific region (Taiwan, China and Hong Kong) and have good experience in end-to-end project management.

• Excellent understanding of the project life cycle
• Excellent understanding of global change delivery business transformation frameworks and best practice techniques
• Strong understanding of banking
• Process re-engineering
• Risk and issues management
• Good stakeholder management experience
• Implementation, change management and benefits realisation
